Professor Bierschbach will teach a mock law school class on the following issue: Should corporations have constitutional rights? Professor Bierschbach will raise interesting issues of both corporate and constitutional law, such as on whose behalf corporations act, how far we should go in extending to corporations rights that we ordinarily think of as applying only to natural persons, and what the consequences of doing so might be.
Richard A. Bierschbach is a Vice Dean and Law Professor at Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City.
