Managing Anxiety whether you worry too much about school, relationships, or anything else, these sessions are designed to help you manage your stress and anxiety.
Each Monday you and other interested students will meet with a counselor and focus on one of the most frequent concerns of U-M students. These are the very issues that U-M students have told us are the most common issues they deal with every day. The counselor will share some helpful information, talk about strategies and clinical resources, and she or he will also make time for you to share a little bit about your concerns (if you wish to do so).
