Mindfulness Meditation for Academic Success

It's very flexible.  Try it once to see what it's about or stop by every time.  

Learning mindfulness is a great way to strengthen your focus and concentration, improve your performance, quiet an overactive mind, learn ways to let go of stress, and manage anxiety. Current Mindfulness Meditation research suggests that students who practice mindfulness meditation show improved problem solving and creative thinking skills, improved accuracy on standardized tests, and have increased working memory.   Students have reported experiencing less mind-wandering, day dreaming and distractions.
