This workshop is for students who are new to writing a resume. We will touch on resume basics, like formatting, but will mainly focus on how to develop a resume that reflects one’s story. Please bring a hard copy of your resume, no matter how far along you are. Don’t have a resume yet? Check out our Resume Builder, which provides step-by-step help and manages formatting so you can focus on content. Also be sure to check out some resume resources on our website if you need help getting started.

Health Professions Mixer

Are you interested in a health career but are not quite sure which one to pursue?  Do you enjoy science and would like to learn more about how to put your degree to work in a health field other than medicine?

If you would like to have an opportunity to meet with a nice array of health practitioners in small groups, this event is for you.  During this mixer, you will rotate at set intervals to meet with a pharmacist, dentist, physician assistant, nutritionist, optometrist, and other health professionals.   The informal yet structured environment will allow you to hear the  testimonials of health practitioners while having an opportunity to ask your own questions. Registration required.
