Like kids, camp, being silly, and having fun? Want to help families coping with cancer? Attend Camp Kesem's first Mass Meeting on Monday, September 23rd at 8 p.m.
Camp Kesem is a 100% student-run, free, week-long camp for children with a parent who has, or has had, cancer. We work year-round planning fundraisers, reaching out to the cancer community, planning camp programs, and holding fun social events! Then, for TWO weeks in August, we get to go to camp and be counselors for these wonderful children!
For more information on Camp Kesem go to http://campkesem.org/michigan.
Participating in Camp Kesem is a great way to meet new people, make friends, and get involved in community service while gaining hands-on leadership experience. If you are enthusiastic, love working with children, and enjoy going to camp, then Camp Kesem is the place for you!
